There is no such thing as a “perfect foundation.” You don’t have to start at the right time because there is no such thing as the “Right Time.” The best way you can start a fitness regime is to create a mindset and find out why you are starting it in the first place. Believe it or not, regardless of how much you love fitness videos, there will be a time where you won’t be motivated to get out of your bed and spend hours working out at the gym. That’s where your discipline and “why” will come in handy (spoiler alert: I’ll get to that later).

This “why” will also indicate the intention of initiating this journey and everything that you will gain from your efforts.
